She is the junior class Secretary, and has worked very hard securing a location for this year’s prom. Mariah shows cattle with her brother at the Shasta District Fair each year. Last year, she had the “Super Steer” which is judged for halter use and the quality of its carcass. Her involvement in Future Farmers of America (FFA) does not harm her 4.20 grade point average. She is also taking two classes at Shasta College. Mariah was nominated by teacher Crystal Jackson. - Anderson, CA
