SDF Livestock 2009

  • Reserve Grand Champion Market Hog – Raised and sold by Travis Buick of the Swede Creek 4-H. Pig weighed 257 pounds and the bidder was Go Away Ranch at $10.25 per pound.
  • Grand Champion Market Lamb – Raised and sold by Samantha Lloyd of Black Butte 4-H. Lamb weighed 149 pounds and the bidder was Redding Roofing Supply at $22 per pound.
  • Reserve Grand Champion Market Lamb/FFA Champion Market Lamb – Raised and sold by Maria Freitas of West Valley FFA. Lamb weighed 130 pounds and the bidder was the McConnell Foundation at $12.50 per pound.
  • Grand Champion Market Steer/FFA Showmanship Champion – Raised and sold by Owen Macfarlane of West Valley FFA. Steer weighed 1,282 pounds and the bidder was Shasta Livestock at $4 per pound.
  • Reserve Grand Champion Market Steer – Raised and sold by Jaxon Fitzgerald of Millville 4-H. Steer weighed 1,318 pounds and the bidder was Go Away Ranch at $5 per pound.
