West Valley junior James Koerperich works with local youth teaching basic skills at the Eagles football camp. Koerperich is one of approximately 20 student coaches that helped with the camp that was put on by Greg Grandell, West Valley's head football coach.

The District I 11 and 12-year-old girls from Cottonwood won the Division I tournament to advance to the state tournament and take on 15 other teams.
