Ted Wrask, 60, was not as his desk Monday. The City of Anderson public works supervisor retired Friday and most likely headed to the nearest grandchild for a day of fun exploring the countryside.

Justin Tweedy holds his four year old son Kasey at Anderson River Park, near the boccie ball courts. Kasey was diagnosed four years ago with a rare disease called Joubert Syndrome. Kasey's family members, are playing in his honor this year and promoting the new foundation started by Tweedy called, 'Beyond Limitations Redding.'
