I have been proud to call Joe Piccinini a very great friend for nearly a decade. Joe has been a mentor, counselor, advisor, and most importantly - a very dear friend over the years. Joe is a hard-working, straight-shooting, honest individual who is willing to get his hands dirty to see that the job gets done. The citizens of Anderson could not ask for a better Fire chief. However, here is a newsflash: Joe isn't perfect. Neither are any of us. You must remain vocal and protect this very talented man.
