The cost is $30 dollars per 100,000. At the peak in late 2005 you couldn't get a trailer on 2.5 acres for less than 150 k. Property taxes and the current economy are killing folks who bought at the peak. We are forced to find ways to lower our property tax bills. This is unfortunate because we want to support our schools. The bill doesn't tax those who rent unless the amount is passed on, which may not be possible under current law. And, renters are having trouble paying their rent, period ! Its unfair all the way around. Their is a large push towards re-assessments, and most of us would rather not, but, we have no choice.

Too bad wall street gets all the money and the Kids loose out. I wish they had told us the math for the taxation part of it.

come On ! Someone must recognize this jerk and his friend. I agree, hitchhiking is suicide, but, the community has a predator, or more than one. Get the guy, turn him in !
